Flowers Exhibition

From November 2010 to April 2011 Taipei had the 2010 Taipei International Flora Exposition (2010 Flora Expo). The main exhibits were held in YuanShan park in northern Taipei but within walking distance from our apartment.

Now that the expo is over the space is used for floralexhibitions and light shows. One of the display area is the  "Pavilion of Dreams".  Although flower arrangement is a traditional Chinese skill, this pavillion is for the modern arrangements and displays. These pictures are from there.

To keep the flowers fresh for a long time, they are actually live flowers in small vases.
